Clovis Exceeds Annual Revenue Plan Halfway Through 2008
Bethesda, MD (PRWEB) July 23, 2008 -- Clovis, the Bethesda-based "A-level" staffing and recruiting firm is well ahead of plan for reaching its revenue goals for 2008.
"At this rate of growth, we are on track to exceed our goal well before year's end," said managing partner Greg Diamond. This is great news for associates, as the company is holding a contest for 2008. If corporate revenues reach 110% of the sales plan in place for the year, Clovis will be treating the entire firm to one week's vacation in a tropical location. Clovis is presently above 110% of plan.
In a time when the economy is troubled and most firms in the staffing space are challenged, Clovis is enjoying rapid growth. This is due to its consultative approach to recruiting and staffing. "The first six months of 2008 have been the strongest in our history," said managing partner Rick Levine. The firm has increased revenue by 55% in the first six months of the year, as compared to 2007.
With the introduction of its new Federal Division, Clovis looks forward to even more growth in 2008. This new practice area will serve clients in the government sector looking for top talent in IT, Accounting & Finance and Recruitment Outsourcing.
About Clovis
Founded in early 2000, Clovis (www.clovisgroup.com) looked at the way recruiters and staffing firms operated and declared that they would do it better. Instead of making their business only about how to best recruit, they decided to focus on the two most important groups in the process, clients and candidates. Years later, Clovis continues to recruit "A-level" talent for some of the best companies in the world.
